All equipment is supplied with operations and training manuals in hard copy & CD format.
Where applicable manual will contain:
A) Chassis manual
B) Hydraulic Drawings
C) Electrical drawings and specifications
D) Illustrated parts list
Pre-delivery maintenance and operations training is available at ACCESSAIR facilities.
On-Site: Assembly / Training / Commissioning / Repair Services
ACCESSAIR technicians are available to carry out these services in most regions of the world . Subject to travel advisories, they are available to assist in the installation of such items as stair covers & canopies, and to commission equipment and train airport personnel. On-site repair services can also be arranged if a problem cannot be solved through telephone and e-mail troubleshooting services.
Parts can be ordered through our after sales parts department.

ACCESSAIR Services Inc.
A fleet of Plane-Mate™ Passenger Transfer Vehicles (PTVs) has been operated and maintained by ACCESSAIR staff at the Montreal airports since the year 2000.
In 2011, the drivers, mechanics and technicians of this specialized service came under the banner of ACCESSAIR Services, a newly incorporated member of the ACCESSAIR Group.
While maintaining a base at Mirabel Airport,a new garage facility and major repair centre was opened adjacent to Dorval Airport for greater convenience of undertaking PTV maintenance, repair and refurbishing and spare parts services.
